  All property bookings are subject to availability and Build Urban's approval. Payment schedules and terms will be as per the agreement executed between the parties. Initial booking amounts are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the agreement. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to avoid penalties or cancellation.
• 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  Cancellation of booking is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the specific booking agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. Build Urban reserves the right to forfeit booking amounts in case of default by the buyer.
• 4. Property Specifications and Modifications
  Build Urban reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the project specifications, layout, and amenities if required due to statutory approvals, technical requirements, or market conditions. Buyers will be informed of any material changes that may affect the property they have booked.
• 5. Possession and Delay
  Estimated possession dates are indicative and subject to completion of construction and obtaining necessary approvals. Build Urban shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• 6. Warranties and Liabilities
  Build Urban provides standard warranties for construction defects as per industry norms and statutory requirements. The company's liability is limited to the terms specified in the sale agreement. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
• 7. Intellectual Property
  All content, images, designs, and materials on the Build Urban website are the property of Build Urban Constructions and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
• 8. Privacy and Data Protection
  Build Urban is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided by you will be used for business purposes and may be shared with partners, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities as required. By providing your information, you consent to such use.
• 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
